Paseyo

While visiting friends in Mullum the past 2 weeks, we found Paséyo to be a wonderful coffee shop and cafe for drinks, breakfast on the go, quick lunches and afternoon ice cream. The food is all very high quality, locally + responsibly sourced, very healthy and super delicious. They blend a great flavors together for simple yet complex palettes of sweet & savory and serve it all with a friendly smile. The coffee is easily the best brew quality we’ve tasted in the Byron Shire and the ice cream is so good and yet quite healthy. The açaí bowl, green dream smoovee and nacho bowl are some of my favorites but we were impressed with everything we tried.

Visited Paseyo today as we were passing through the area. It was an excellent decision, with every selection being a huge success. Our bowls - Earth for me and Beanie for my wife, were flavoursome, colourful, varied, and worth every cent. We savoured each bite and felt we'd chosen wisely. For me, the tempeh was simply amazing and I'd go back for that alone. I loved every single piece. The accompanying smoothies - Green Dream for my wife and Veganilla for me, were also excellent although, to be objective and fair, were at the top end from a pricing perspective. That being said, they were creamy, tasty, and loaded with goodness. We ended proceedings with a shared PB & Choc brownie, so dense, moist, and creamy it was almost a choking hazard! In a good way, of course. Overall, Paseyo was a wonderful find and we're guaranteed to return when next in the area. It's the type of healthy, high quality food that's simply worth the journey.

Perfect chill spot with ample seating and zero pretense. The coffee hits just right, and their tempeh burrito is surprisingly amazing - light but totally satisfying. Great vibes, great food, no fuss.

Five stars for food and service and reasonable prices.

OK, I am not vegetarian but enjoy good food friendly service. I rate this place just got into town and looking for a coffee and big breakfast ! On looking at the menu no bacon and eggs or any meat protens looking at my meat eating beef farming mate I said need coffee and try the veg rap and flat white and cappachino we both enjoyed the salad rap and the coffee was good all way get out of your box and try new things it was filling and did not need lunch

We had the nacho bowl and the beanie bowl. Such delicious, fresh and healthy plant based food. We look forward to coming back next time we’re visiting.

Food is so nourishing and I love the atmosphere here ! The buddha bowls are so colourful and well balanced flavours. Staff are warm, friendly and hospitable. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling my friends

Cute little coffee nook stopped in for some coffee and food while on the way through town . 10/10 !! Service was amazing too . The gentleman that runs it is so lovely . Will definatly be back next time in visiting
